This is a file still being downloaded, so the MB reading consistently changes. Find your maximum upload limit in the chart, use the numbers for the corresponding settings! Want to use higher settings? NEVER expect it will work at the maximum then! Why? I have two machines both running utorrent using the same internet connection. 1 b464 release (I believe noticing then and currently using 464 was @465), there is a 10-20 kB lower diff between max up and actual with available bandwidth.
